Where listings come from
Most listings are sourced from public business information (including Google) so you can find pet care providers near you, even before they've claimed their listing. Details like hours, price, and pet policy may not always be current — always confirm directly with the business before booking.
Claimed vs. unclaimed listings
A "claimed" badge means the business owner has verified they own that listing and taken control of its details. It confirms ownership of the listing, not a criminal background check or insurance audit — always ask a provider directly about licensing, insurance, or certifications that matter to you.
Review integrity
We don't allow fake or incentivized reviews on listings we manage directly. For businesses whose reviews are shown alongside public data, ratings reflect that public source. Report anything that looks fake or manipulated using the button below.
